Cancellation & deposit-refund policy

• You can cancel this request any time before the property responds, at no cost.
• If the hotel cannot accept your booking, or nobody answers within the promised reply window, your deposit is refunded in full — no action needed from you.
• Once the hotel confirms your booking, you can still cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before check-in (check-in is 14:00 IST). Cancel inside those last 24 hours and ₹500 of your deposit is kept; the rest is refunded.
• The remaining balance (if any) is settled directly at the hotel, only after your booking is confirmed.
