What we collect

When you send a booking request, we collect:

• your name, email address and phone number;
• the property, room type and dates you chose;
• a payment reference from our payment provider, where a deposit was taken.

When you send a message through the contact form, we collect your name, email address, the message itself, and the hotel you selected if you chose one.

What we deliberately do not collect

• No identity documents. We do not ask for passport, Aadhaar or any other ID through this website. You show identification at the hotel on arrival, as guests do today.
• No card details. Card and UPI details are entered directly with our payment provider and never reach this website or its servers.
• No advertising or analytics trackers. This site sets no tracking cookies.

Why we hold it, and for how long

We use these details to pass your request to the property, to confirm or decline it, to take and refund deposits, and to reply to enquiries. Booking records are kept for as long as accounting and tax rules require. Contact-form messages are kept until the question is resolved.

Who else sees it

• The hotel you booked. Staff at that property receive your name, email, dates and room type so they can accept your booking and prepare for your stay.
• Razorpay, our payment provider, processes deposits and refunds and holds the payment details we never see.
• Cloudflare, which hosts this website and provides the bot check that keeps the booking form from being abused.
• Resend, which delivers our booking and enquiry emails.

We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with anyone else for marketing.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write tonyamdeloffice@gmail.comand tell us what you would like; if you have a booking reference, include it so we can find the right record.
