Terms of Booking

Who you are booking with

This website is operated by the Federation of Tibetan Cooperatives in India Ltd.(FTCI), a registered cooperative society with its head office at CA-10, SMV Layout, 3rd Block, Sonnenahalli, Ullal Upanagar Post, Bengaluru – 560110. Each hotel is run by its own member cooperative, and your booking is with that property.

A booking is a request

Submitting the booking form sends a request to the property. The property has24 hours to accept or decline. Your stay is only confirmed once they accept, and we email you either way. If nobody responds within 24 hours, the request lapses and any deposit is refunded in full automatically.

Rates and payment

  • All rates shown are per night and inclusive of tax.
  • Where a property takes payment online, a deposit of ₹1,000 is collected when you send the request. Any remaining balance is settled at the hotel.
  • Payments are processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your card details.
  • Rates are quoted at the time of booking and are not changed afterwards for a confirmed stay.

What you can book

  • Check-in is from 14:00 IST and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
  • A single booking may be for up to 30 nights. For longer stays, please contact the property directly.
  • Bookings can be made up to 12 months ahead.
  • The room described is the room type you are booking, not a specific room number. Room allocation is made by the property.

On arrival

Please bring photo identification for each adult guest. Indian law requires hotels to record guest identification at check-in. We do not collect identity documents through this website — you show them at the hotel, as guests do today.

If something goes wrong

If your stay is not as described, tell the property first — most things are resolved fastest at the front desk. If that does not settle it, write tonyamdeloffice@gmail.comwith your booking reference. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
